1. Where is kid-talk come from?
kid-talk is product of co-operation between Education Publishing House - Gia Dinh Publishing Service Corporation and CitySmart Education & Technology Corporation. Be investigated by language specialists with the latest technology in electronic and technique in saving digital sounds.
2. Can kid-talk operate without book?
kid-talk must be used with compatible books with optical induction.
3. During the warranty period, if kid-talk has problem, will you change for me a new one?
During the warranty period, if there are any defects or problems with the machine due to bug or workmanship, we will fix it for free. If we cannot fix it, then we will change a new one. If it was damaged due to misuse or abuse by the user, then we will charge for the repair.
4. What do I need to do to get warranty service?
At the time of purchase, you should fill in the Warranty Card and return to the Sales Executive. If you forget, then you must register on our website within 1 month after day of purchase. To get warranty service, you need show your Warranty Card.
5. I need to buy your product but I wonder if the product's price in province is different from our company or not?
Product's price is united in the whole country. You can reference prices at the Products section on our website.
6. What warranty does kid-talk has and how support do you have locally?
kid-talk comes with a 12-month warranty. Service is provided by our local Warranty Service Centre.
7. Do kid-talk only used with Let’s Learn English and Start with English?
Currently, kid-talk was developed to use with Let’s Learn English and Start with English. These are books for Primary student. Besides that, kid-talk can use with many software of story, English book. In the future, we will add more useful software for student.
8. Is there any charge for home delivery?
In HCMC, when you order via phone or website, our delivery service is free within urban HCMC. Outside of urban HCMC, there is a small service charge.
In other provinces, we will provide the our distributor that nearest your home. If there is no distributor in your area, delivery is performed by a Transportation Company (transportation fee is depends on your position and paid to Transportation Company). So, the delivery person will not be able to do any demonstration or training.
9. How long has the company been established?
CitySmart Education & Technology Corporation (CSET) was established in December 2006 with the sole business of promoting, distributing, selling, and servicing the easy-Talk in Vietnam. We've just developed new product: Tot-Talk và Smart-Talk. We focus on only English learning product, because we believe it is the best tool for a Vietnamese student to learn a foreign language.
10. Does the price of easy-Talk includes VAT tax?
Yes, the price includes VAT.
11. I called your Hotline many times but cannot get through, why?
Maybe, when you call, we are answering another phone call or out of working time. Please call back later. We have Operator system to record. You can leave your message with your information, we will contact after that.
12. In case I don't know how to download the content, can you help me to get the content now?
To download software, you can call to our Customer Service Center or chat with us on our website for support directly. We are willing to support you for software copying, please come to the Company or the nearest distributor to copy software for free.
13. How many languages kid-Talk can be used?
kid-Talk can be used with any book in any language as long as we supported software for these books. However, we develope English and chinese now. And we are developing vietnamese for foreigners, will finish soon. In the future, we will develope more language as: French, Japanese, Korean and other languages ...
14. Who is the one that writes the content?
For the current books available, the translation to Vietnamese and the development of additional content were performed by English teachers and English expert within the Department of Education and Training. The voice recording for English was done by native speakers from the US, and the voice recording for Vietnamese was done by Vietnamese voice talents.
