As a part of kid-talk website – electronic pen that assists pupils in learning English at school – The Music Box and Funny Photos are the playground for children to be able to entertain by listening to music and singing karaoke and to learn English via English songs and share their funny photos as well. The songs in the Music Box is carefully chosen to be suitable to this pure and innocent age.

 

1.      You must register to be member to use Music Box and Funny Photos function.

 

2.      Members of Music Box and Funny Photos must be students.

 

3.      Everyone is able to view the comments or message; however, only Music Box and Funny Photos members can post comments or messages. This means you can share your ideas only when you have registered and become member.

 

4.      Pictures, comments are messages posted by members are personal therefore we are not responsible for these content and pictures. However, we have the right to involve i.e edit, lock, delete if we find that these content are not in line with either the regulations of Music Box and Funny Photos in particular or the law in general.

 

5.      Every member is able to save 10 recordings at max with their account. They must delete old recordings to update new recordings.

 

6.      Every member is able to save 5 photos at max with their account. These pictures are used to be the background for Music Box or to share with other people in Funny Photoes or used for our programs depending on the options that that member chooses.

 

7.      When posting messages or ideas, comments, members must not use harassing words, insulting, disturbing, offending, teasing or any other rude behavior to other members

 

8.      Any actions or messages that are against the government, political regime and government policy are banned.

 

9.      Members must not discuss any political matters. 

 

10.   Any actions or messages that do harm to the prestige of the product of the comments under any form are banned. Any violation that will cause that member to lose any related benefits or be judged by the law if necessary.

 

11.   Any personal information of members will be kept confidential without revealing to a third party. We do not exchange or sell this information to a third party.

 

12.   We can change, add or edit the content of this usage conditions at any time and do not have to inform these in the website.

 

13.   If you violate any ot these above-mentioned terms, we can consider to delete your account or log-in information into the member part in this website without any notice.
